A “consulting corporation” is a “consulting firm” which is written in the legal form of a corporation within the meaning of company law. A “consulting corporation” is therefore an association of persons in the legal form of a incorporated company, limited liability company or a company limited by shares established for an indefinite period to pursue the common purpose of providing “consulting services” by common means.
