A “cyber-cerebral interface” is that part of a system that enables the transition of information between the digital infosphere and the brain of living beings across spheres.

A “cyber-cerebral interface”” can act both as a “cyber-biological interface” and as a “cyber-cognitive interface”. If the brain is regarded as an organ in its materiality, it belongs to the biosphere and thus to the entisphere. In a functional view, however, an assignment to the cognisphere is indicated.

The term “cyber-cerebral interface” was coined as part of the terminology of the “Digital Era Framework”.
