A “cyber-political system” is a distinct set of elements from both the digital infosphere and those parts of the entisphere and the cognisphere belonging to the realm of politics which form a transspheral functional unit in that they are interconnected in such a way as to enable a function, meaning or purpose to be fulfilled in both spheres. The term “cyber-political system” has been coined within the terminology of the “Digital Era Framework”.
