The adjective “digispheral” expresses the existence of a reference or an affiliation to the digital infosphere or the digisphere and thus makes it possible to distinguish it from the other spheres, especially with regard to the analog infosphere, the entisphere and the cognisphere.

Since the digital infosphere is part of the infosphere, the adjective “digispheral” always expresses an affiliation to the infosphere. Something that can be described as “digispheral” is also “infospherical”.

The word “digispheral” was coined as part of the presentation of the “Digital Era Framework”, a frame of reference for describing changes in the context of digital change, digitization, the digital revolution, digital disruption and digital transformation, and the emerging structures of a digital world in the digital age.
