The term “digital economist” is sometimes used to describe an economist whose specialty is “digital economics”. A “digital economist” is therefore a natural person who has in-depth expertise in the teaching and practice of tje systematic approach to meet human needs under the conditions of scarcity based on the use of digital information and communication technologies.
