“Digital infrastructure” shall refer to any infrastructure consisting of or based on digital information and communication technologies.

“Digital infrastructure” is the totality of all durable material or institutional facilities serving human life by supporting the establishment and functioning of economic, technical, social, political and cultural systems based on digital information and communication technologies.
