“Digital Professional Competence” means the totality of a person’s or organisation’s knowledge, skills and abilities with regard to digital information and communication technologies and a world shaped by these technologies that is relevant to that person’s or organisation’s professional competence.
The term differs from “digital professional competence” in general in the reference to the professional competence of the person.
