The term “digital talent” is used to describe people whose competence profile is particularly strong in those skills that enable them to work successfully in the context of the specific conditions of digital change, digital transformation and the digital information age. A “digital talent” combines a multitude of different sets of knowledge, abilities and skills that are directly related to digital technologies or the specific characteristics of systems that are shaped by digital technologies.
