Their concepts are characterized by a high degree of innovation and address fundamental challenges that are currently facing management practice. In many cases, their contributions to academic teaching and business practice have received an enormous response. The term “Management Vordenker” expresses that the person has a considerable reputation among the relevant professional audience due to his or her contribution to the further development of management theory.
