The adjective “tactu-digital” expresses that something concerns both the sense of touch, more precisely the tactile sensory perception, and a digital technology or the connection between the two.

Furthermore, the adjective “tactu-digital” can be used to indicate that something concerns both the tactile properties of an object – in the sense of the tangible, perceptible surface appearance of a physical object through passive contact – as a phenomenon of the entisphere as well as the digital infosphere.

The adjective “taktu-digital” is a neologism that was developed as part of the terminology of the “Digital Era Framework”. In this frame of reference, four spheres are differentiated according to the type of manifestation of information, which allow a classification of processes, phenomena and objects: The infosphere, which consists of the analog infosphere and the digital infosphere, the cognisphere and the entisphere.
