“Work 4.0” or “Work four points zero” is a term for the forms, characteristics and conditions of professional activity in the digital information age, which will be significantly shaped by the use of digital technologies.

The term is based on the expectation that the systems and structures that shape the work will not only be traversed by digital technologies but will be significantly shaped by them.
