Digital Enthusiasm is the increased enthusiasm for digital technologies, which finds its expression in a particularly pronounced interest, a comprehensive occupation or an active commitment in relation to digitalization, digital change and digital transformation.

Following on from the general concept of enthusiasm, the term digital enthusiasm refers to the state of positive excitement of individuals in which a passionate drive for action is unleashed, directed towards digitisation, digital change and digital transformation.

The person who develops such Digital Enthusiasm is called a Digital Enthusiast.
